Front Row Care started on the ground — as support workers who showed up every day, wanted to give more, and were tired of watching a system reward shortcuts over substance.
Front Row Care was born from frustration — and a simple belief that people deserve better.
Our founders began as support workers on the ground, employed by other NDIS providers across Melbourne. Every day they showed up wanting to give more, only to find themselves working within systems that rewarded the bare minimum.
They saw participants who were capable of so much more — people who deserved real relationships, real consistency, and real care — but whose potential was being limited by providers designed around convenience, not outcomes.
So they built something different.
Front Row Care is the provider we always wished existed. A team of people who genuinely show up — not just on the roster, but in spirit. We believe that true support goes beyond daily tasks. It's about building relationships, fostering independence, and making sure every single person we support feels seen, heard, and valued.
Based in Melbourne and serving all of Victoria, today we continue to build Front Row Care around one guiding question: what would we want for our own family?
